History

Established in 1981 as Hencye Tool & Die, Inc. located in Oregon City, Oregon. Ronald (Gene) Hencye was the founder and began as tool and die maker. The company focus has changed over the years from tool and die manufacturing to CNC Milling, lathe work, and CAD-CAM design.

In 1995 Mike Davis joined in Hencye Tool and Die, Inc. business endeavors. Michael Davis purchased the business in 2000 from retiring Gene Hencye. Mr. Davis moved the business to a four-acre location in Eagle Creek, Oregon just outside of Sandy.

The focus of the business has progressed over the years and the time has come to change the name to Xact Manufacturing Inc., to better portray our focus. We are continually working on ways to improve, progress, and meet our customers needs.
